Geistlich Biomaterials Resident Scholarships Now Available for 2019 SWSOMS Combined Annual Meeting!
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residents enrolled in programs located in the Southwest and Midwestern regions of the US, are eligible to apply for ten, $500 Geistlich Biomaterials scholarships to attend the 2019 SWSOMS Combined Annual Meeting, held in collaboration with the Osteo Science Foundation, April 4-6, at the El Dorado Hotel & Spa, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
To be considered for the Geistlich Biomaterials Scholarships, OMS residents must:
Be a resident enrolled in a CODA-accredited OMS program located in the Southwest or Midwest OMS regions.
Have support from their OMS program director to allow time away to attend the conference.
Provide a written statement summarizing their qualifications for receiving the scholarship and what they hope to obtain by attending the meeting.
Provide a current CV.
Provide any supporting documentation they feel is important in evaluating the application.
Submit the completed scholarship application to the SWSOMS by March 15, 2019.
